Welcome to our Web site. We hope to educate you about aviculture as well as how to maintain a happy companion pet bird. Parrots are among the most beautiful animals in the world with a wide variety of color and  personality. Each type of parrot is individually unique and can add hundreds of delightful hours of pleasure, song and antics for their human caregivers. If you want to discover the world of parrots in sunny Florida, I recommend you work as a volunteer at one of the nonprofit foundations caring for birds or at your local zoo. Sure it is hot, dusty, noisy work sometimes, but if you quitely go about your work, you will soon discover that the birds are just as interested in you as you are in them. They will tempt you with their cute bouncing and swinging acrobatic behaviors or simply say "Hello." Some may even sing a song for you while you clean their cage, cry like a baby, ring and chirp like your cell phone, speak Spanish yelling "Bueno!" when you do a good job.

 

We will include photos of birds - lots of baby pictures which we all enjoy - and highlights about each species of bird on our web pages. If you have any questions or comments about your parrot, please feel free to send us an e-mail.
